49th Annual Congress

The 49th APDSA Annual Congress was hosted in Bali, Indonesia, from 1st – 5th August 2023.

This year, the APDSA Malaysian Division was represented by our president, Mr. Tan Chin Hoong, who also holds the role of the 2023 MYM president. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to the local committee of APDSA Indonesia for their warm hospitality.

Thanks to the diverse and captivating five-day, four-night program, the Annual Congress was truly a triumph. Being part of the spectacular opening ceremony, engaging workshops and enlightening lectures enriched us with invaluable insights. The Asia Pacific Dental Academic Excellence Competition further elevated our enthusiasm! 

​

Following these enriching activities, we were catapulted to a sense-rich journey as we were immersed in the beautiful panorama, sandy beach and breezing wind of Bali. It was indeed an excellent platform for cultural exposure and academic cultivation.

On the whole, the journey to Bali was nothing short of incredible, and the memories stay close to our hearts. It was an experience which we will never forget and a connection we will cherish for a lifetime.
